SpaceX closes its $60B Cursor buy
SpaceX completed its $60 billion all-stock acquisition of Anysphere, maker of AI coding tool Cursor, on August 14 — the second-largest acquisition of a venture-backed company ever, behind only SpaceX's own xAI deal. Cursor was generating roughly $2.6 billion in annualized revenue by June and gains access to what it calls "the largest GPU fleet in the world."
