Tesla begins international FSD Lite rollout, starting in South Korea

Tesla began pushing Full Self-Driving Lite — a reduced-capability version of its driver-assistance stack — to older vehicle models in South Korea, marking the first FSD software deployment to non-US markets. The rollout covers HW3 cars that cannot receive the full FSD stack.

BYD Seagull gains LiDAR and a longer body as it aims for global markets

Tesla Cybercab begins unsupervised employee shuttle service at Gigafactory Texas

Tesla deployed Cybercab vehicles operating without a safety driver to shuttle employees around the Gigafactory Texas campus — the first operational use of the vehicle in a real-world multi-user fleet context. The service is restricted to the campus and available only to Tesla employees.

Why it mattersCampus operation as a paid (or subsidized) shuttle rather than a demo ride is a meaningful operational milestone: it generates real duty-cycle data, tests fleet management software, and gives Tesla a deployable reference site before public launch.
